Getting Started
PetOwnerTools offers a mix of printable trackers, browser-based web apps and practical spreadsheet tools.
Each resource page explains what format it uses and how to access it.
For printable trackers, you can usually:
Print them and complete them by hand
View them on a computer, tablet or mobile device
Print additional copies for your own personal use
Use a compatible PDF annotation app if you want to write on them digitally
Available paper sizes vary between trackers, so check the individual tracker or download page for the formats currently offered.
There is no single way you must use a tracker — choose the method that works best for you and your pet.

Free trackers are practical standalone resources designed to help with specific everyday care or record-keeping tasks.
Paid (Pro) trackers, where available, may include additional pages, more detailed records or expanded tracking options.
You do not need to purchase a paid tracker to use a free one, and not every free tracker has a paid version.
How do the Web Apps and spreadsheet tools work?
Web Apps run directly in your browser and do not require installation. They are designed to work across desktop, tablet and mobile where practical.
Spreadsheet tools are separate downloadable or copyable resources. Some use Google Sheets and may require a free Google account.
Instructions are provided on the relevant tool or app page.
I can’t find my download - what should I do?
If you requested a free tracker:
Check whether the download or thank-you page is still open in your browser.
Check your email inbox and spam/junk folder.
Look for an email from PetOwnerTools.
If you still cannot access your tracker, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I download the trackers again later?
Usually, yes. If your tracker was delivered by email, you can use the original download link again where available.
If you no longer have access to the link or experience a problem, please contact us for help.
Can I share the trackers?
Our trackers are for personal use only.
You’re welcome to:
Print them for your own household
Use them for your own pets
Please do not:
Resell
Share publicly
Upload them to other websites
This helps us keep creating new tools.
Do I need special software?
For printable PDF trackers, no special software is normally required to view or print them. A standard PDF reader is usually sufficient.
If you want to write or type directly onto a PDF digitally, you may need a compatible PDF annotation or editing app.
Some spreadsheet tools use Google Sheets and may require a free Google account.
Do PetOwnerTools resources replace veterinary advice?
No. PetOwnerTools trackers, web apps and other resources are designed for general information, planning, organisation and record-keeping.
They do not diagnose illness, provide veterinary treatment or replace professional veterinary advice.
If you are concerned about your pet’s health, behaviour or wellbeing, contact an appropriate veterinary professional.
